Q) If I forget my login Password, how do I recover it?
Ans: You can recover or reset your login password by clicking on ‘forgot your password’. Please enter your registered mobile no and press reset password. You will get a six-digit OTP (one time password) code on your registered mobile. Submit OTP and reset your password.


Q) Is it necessary to have an account on xborder.com.bd to purchase?
Ans: Yes, you need to have an account in xborder.com.bd to purchase product.

Q) How do I order?
Ans: Browse through the site to find your desired products. Add them together on your cart and then complete your purchase. You will be required to share your address and a contact number. Finally, after you have placed an order, one of our customer care agents will call you and confirm your order.

Ans: If we are not able to deliver the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the amount will be refunded as per refund policy of xborder.com.bd. You can also contact our customer Service team and they will assist you in refund your money


Q)  Where do I enter the coupon code?
Ans: Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery slot and payment method. On the payment method page there is a box where you can enter any e-voucher/ coupon code that you have. The amount will automatically be deducted from your invoice value.



Q)  Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?
Ans: In case of a delay, our customer service team will keep you updated about your order & delivery.


Q) How much do you charge for delivery?
Ans: We offer simple delivery charge for our customers, In Dhaka city 60 BDT and out of Dhaka city 120 BDT and we are trying to reduce delivery charge.


Q) How do I know when my order will arrive?
Ans: Our Courier delivery person (or any of the assigned courier company’s delivery agent) will two times call or SMS you. Firstly, when they pick up the product & Secondly arrive product in your location.

Ans: Our prices are our own but we try our best to offer them to you at or below market prices. Our prices are the same as the local market and we are working hard to get them even lower! If you feel that any product is priced unfairly, please let us know.
